Welcome to YTsub.me, a free suite of web tools designed to help YouTube creators generate smart links, QR codes, thumbnails, hashtags, and more.
By accessing or using YTsub.me (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

• YTsub.me provides simple online utilities for YouTube channel owners, viewers, and marketers.
• The Service is intended for lawful use only. You may not use it for:
  • Spamming, deceptive marketing, or misleading link sharing
  • Generating, embedding, or sharing content that violates YouTube’s or Google’s terms
  • Uploading or distributing malicious code or software
• You are responsible for any data, links, or content you create or share through our tools.

2️⃣ Disclaimer of Liability

• All tools on YTsub.me (including the Smart Link Shortener, Redirect Page, QR Generator, Thumbnail Downloader, Tags Extractor, and others) operate client-side in your browser.
• We do not store or permanently record any URLs, YouTube IDs, or generated content.
• YTsub.me provides its tools “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
• We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or reliability, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

3️⃣ YouTube & Third-Party Content

• YTsub.me is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their partners.
• Any YouTube data or content accessed through our tools remains the property of YouTube and its respective owners.
• Users must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service when using our tools.

4️⃣ Advertising & Monetization

• YTsub.me displays ads served by Google AdSense and may include promotional banners or third-party networks.
• These ads may use cookies or anonymous identifiers to personalize content.
• Advertising revenue supports the free use of YTsub.me tools.
• By using the site, you acknowledge that ads may appear during your use of the Service.

• The YTsub.me logo, design, and original content are protected by copyright.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our tools, branding, or code without written permission.
• You retain rights to the URLs or media you input into our tools.

6️⃣ Tool Usage Limits

• Free users may generate and share links, QR codes, and metadata under limited access.
• YTsub.me reserves the right to limit usage or block access in cases of abuse, automated scraping, or excessive requests.
• Premium features (if introduced) may include paid subscriptions or validation options.

Such changes take effect immediately when posted on YTsub.me.
